Effective Revision Date: July 15, 2026
EchoMe regards the online safety protection of minors as the bottom line
of platform operation, and commits to building a safe, pure and healthy
online social environment. The platform strictly complies with Google
Play’s child safety compliance rules, aligns with minor protection laws,
regulations and industry self-discipline standards worldwide, and fully
fulfills its legal responsibilities and operational obligations concerning
online minor protection.
The platform adopts a zero-tolerance, strict-investigation and
full-removal management policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material / Child
Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE), child exploitation, and all illegal
and non-compliant acts that harm minors’ physical and mental health,
personal safety and online rights. We will thoroughly inspect, rectify and
eliminate all content and conduct that infringe upon minors’ legitimate
rights and interests.
I. Platform Operational Rules for Child Safety
To establish a comprehensive protection system for minors’ online safety
and standardize the platform’s content ecosystem and user conduct, we have
formulated stringent detailed child safety management rules. All users
shall abide by the following compliance requirements while utilizing any
platform services:
-
Users are prohibited from distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material /
Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE) via any means including
uploading, posting, forwarding, sharing and spreading. It is forbidden
to privately request, transmit or circulate any child pornographic
materials and non-compliant information that violates children’s legal
rights.
-
No user shall initiate conversations with or entice minors, engage in
vulgar, suggestive or inappropriate chats with minors, or commit any
harmful acts such as harassment, seduction, misguidance and coercion
against minors.
-
It is prohibited to create, draw, write, discuss or disseminate texts,
images, artworks, dialogues and related topics that sexualize or
vulgarize minors, so as to sustain a clean, positive and healthy online
ecosystem on the platform.
-
A strict personal information protection mechanism for minors shall be
implemented. Without legal authorization, no user or third-party partner
may unlawfully collect, utilize, leak or disclose minors’ private
information and personal profiles.
-
The platform fully implements age verification and graded access control
systems. Strict access isolation and restrictions are imposed on
features, news content and paid premium services unsuitable for minors,
realizing refined management with age-appropriate content, controllable
functions and traceable compliance records.
-
An intelligent risk control and dual-layer content moderation system is
deployed. Combining automatic intelligent screening and professional
manual secondary review, the system monitors platform content
round-the-clock to detect, block and remove harmful and non-compliant
materials endangering minor safety in a timely manner.
-
All content violating these safety standards will be immediately taken
down and permanently deleted. Users with severe violations will receive
permanent account bans to eliminate the risk of repeated misconduct at
the source.
-
Any verified criminal activity discovered on the platform will be
voluntarily reported and filed in accordance with applicable laws. We
will fully cooperate with public security authorities, child protection
organizations and all levels of regulatory bodies for evidence
collection, case handling and subsequent compliance rectification.
-
A dedicated violation reporting channel is open to all users. All users
are encouraged to actively supervise and report suspicious non-compliant
content, inappropriate interactions and all risks threatening children’s
online safety.
II. Reporting Channels for Non-Compliant Content and Misconduct
While using EchoMe’s services, if users discover any harmful content,
improper interactions that violate these Child Safety Standards, or
suspicious risks impairing minors’ physical and mental health and online
safety, they may submit reports through the official customer service
channel of the platform. All reports will undergo rapid verification,
stringent punishment and closed-loop resolution to fully safeguard minors’
online safety.
III. Inquiry and Communication Channels
If you have questions or optimization suggestions regarding any clauses of
these standards, or need compliance consultation and rights protection
support, you may contact us through the official contact information
reserved by the platform.
