EchoMe User Privacy Policy

1. Agreement Validity and Legal Binding Force

By registering an account, logging in or accessing any service feature of this Application, you confirm that you have thoroughly read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Service Agreement and the attached Privacy Policy. You undertake to abide by the platform’s operational rules and submit to the platform’s compliance management. If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall cease using all services of this Application immediately.

2. Eligibility for Service Access

All features and exclusive services of the platform are only available to registered users aged 18 and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority may create accounts, log into the system and access all basic functions and paid benefits of this Application. Minors are not eligible to register for or use this platform.

3. User Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

While using the Application’s services, users shall strictly comply with local applicable laws, industry self-regulatory standards and all platform management rules, and utilize platform features in a legal and civilized manner. Any illegal, rights-infringing or ecosystem-disrupting conduct is prohibited, as specified below:

  1. It is forbidden to publish, disseminate or forward any content violating laws and regulations, spread violent, pornographic, vulgar or other harmful material, or post content that infringes third parties’ legal rights including reputation rights, portrait rights and copyrights;
  2. Users may not impersonate other individuals or organizations, nor submit or publish false, misleading or inaccurate information on the platform;
  3. Do not utilize platform functions to harass other users, send mass spam messages, commit online fraud or other violations. Malicious disruption of platform operation and impairment of other users’ experience are also prohibited;
  4. Users shall fully abide by effective local laws, industry self-regulatory guidelines and all management rules publicly released by the platform.

4. Membership Subscription & In-App Purchase Terms

  1. Certain exclusive features and privileges of this Application are premium paid services, which users may unlock via platform subscriptions or in-app purchases;
  2. Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all paid subscriptions. If you wish to disable auto-renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to cancel on time will trigger automatic renewal and extension of your existing subscription benefits;
  3. All payment transactions on the platform are processed through official compliant Google Play channels. The platform will never collect, record or store any of your sensitive payment data to fully safeguard transaction security and financial privacy;
  4. You may access your personal Google Play account settings at any time to manage, adjust or cancel your active subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property Protection Provisions

  1. The interface visual design, text and image materials, trademarks, brand elements, program codes and all original official content of this Application are exclusively owned by EchoMe and protected by intellectual property laws. Without written official authorization from the platform, no individual or entity may copy, alter, repost or commercially exploit the foregoing materials;
  2. Intellectual property rights of all original content posted by users on the platform remain with the respective user. Users hereby grant EchoMe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, distribute and lawfully utilize your posted content for reasonable purposes including platform maintenance, feature iteration and service optimization to sustain stable platform operation.

6. Risk Disclosure and Liability Allocation

  1. EchoMe only provides technical infrastructure and functional channels for online social interaction, and does not participate in or interfere with users’ online communications and personal decisions. Users shall bear full liability for all interactions, disputes and resulting consequences arising on the platform, and the platform shall not be held jointly legally responsible;
  2. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account security, personal privacy and personal information. The platform shall bear no legal liability for any risks or disputes arising from offline social meetings or other in-person activities conducted by users.

7. Account Administration and Access Termination Rules

If a user breaches this Agreement, submits false personal information, uses the platform for illegal activities or disrupts platform operation, we reserve the right to impose traffic restrictions, feature freezes, permanent account bans or other disciplinary measures and terminate the user’s platform access without prior notice, with no obligation to provide compensation to the user.

8. Minor Protection Compliance Clauses

This Application is an adult-only social platform, and registration and usage are unavailable to users under 18 years old. The platform conducts daily operation, content moderation and user management in strict accordance with Google’s official Child Safety Standards .

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation of this User Service Agreement and all disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the effective laws of the region where the platform operator is located.
